Train for high school season all-year long!
Current high school swimmers do not need to complete a swim evaluation. Swimmer may
try out for 1 week FREE!!! We have 2 groups for you to choose from.
Senior B group:
is designed for the high school swimmer who would like to stay in shape, maintain their speed throughout the year, and improve stroke technique. There is no attendance requirement in this group. Meets are offered once a month, but are not required.
(current practice times) JO (Junior Olympic) group:
this is for the high school swimmer that has a goal of qualifying and competing at CIF. Practice is offered 6 days a week and attendance of at least 4 workouts a week is required. Meet attendance is also an integral part of this group. Meets are offered one weekend a month
