- TO START -
Just come to one of our practices. Show up a few minutes early, and introduce yourself to the coach on deck. The coach will get you started. The first time you come is free, so
drop on in and try it out!

- You must register with Southern Pacific Masters Swimming
. It costs $30 / calendar year, and we have forms
linked here on our website. The monthly dues for our team are $45/month for Tustin residents and $45/month for non-residents. You can also pay a $5 drop-in fee if you don't swim very often. Dues are billed to you through the mail. Checks payable to "Southern California Aquatics Association."
We are a swim team that is part of US Masters Swimming. Anyone 18 years of age and older can swim with us. We try to balance fitness and fun for our members in our program. We offer coached
practices, open lap swimming, swim clinics, and private swim lessons. We also have social events that are lots of fun! Our team is made up of all levels of swimmers, from beginners to team record holders.
We have people who compete in swim meets, triathletes, and people who swim just for the benefit of personal fitness. Our Coaching Staff is experienced in teaching beginners, improving experts, training
swimmers for meet and open water competitions, and motivating everyone. We focus on fitness and technique to help all swimmers improve.

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00-7:00am.
- PM PRACTICE
-We also offer open lap swim from 6:30-7:30pm Monday – Thursday and Saturday practices from 8:00-9:00am. During these hours, we have open lanes for individual lap
swimming in the shallow end of the pool.
We swim freestyle (aerobic-threshold), (aerobic, long-distance), (anaerobic sprints). We swim a freestyle /non-freestyle mixture (aerobic), (aerobic, long-distance), and we swim IM's (aerobic).
Once a week look out for the "EXTREME" set or the mile for time set. Once a month look for a test set and the results along with feedback are evaluated by the Coaching Staff and given to the
